Terms and Conditions of Super777 — Know the Rules Before You Play

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Super777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

To register and maintain an account at Super777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Super777 login credentials — including your password and OTP — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. Super777 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Super777 is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a clear photo of a valid Philippine government ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport) along with a matching selfie. Verification is a one-time process and must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to a few hours. Super777 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Philippine public holidays.

Same-Method Withdrawal Rule

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same registered GCash number. If you need to change your withdrawal method due to a wallet account change, contact support with verification documentation.

Transaction Fees

Super777 charges zero transaction fees on deposits and withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your payment method. Note that your e-wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transfer fees, which are outside Super777's control.

General Bonus Terms

Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Eligible Games

Not all games at Super777 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat and Blackjack typically contribute at a reduced rate. Bonus Abuse and Misuse

Super777 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse and to close accounts engaged in such activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Super777. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Super777 platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions to gain an advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with Super777's platform or security systems
• Sharing account access with any other person
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Super777 staff or other players
• Any activity that Super777 reasonably determines constitutes fraud or unfair play

Each game and betting market available on Super777 is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

Bet Placement

Bets placed on Super777 are final once confirmed. Do not place a bet unless you intend to proceed — Super777 cannot reverse confirmed bets under normal circumstances. In-play bets on sports and live casino bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a genuine technical malfunction, system error, or interruption that affects the integrity of a game or bet, Super777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and refund the stake. Super777 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues outside its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports Betting — Odds and Results

Super777 settles sports bets based on official results as declared by the relevant sanctioning body or official source. In cases of result disputes, Super777's determination is final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

Deposit Limits

• Actions taken by players based on misunderstanding of game rules or terms

• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming law. Super777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount held in that player's Super777 wallet at the time of the incident.

Suspension by Super777

Super777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. During a suspension, the account holder cannot make deposits, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Closure and Fund Return

If an account is closed by Super777 due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed after investigation, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Super777 account at any time by contacting support@super777.run. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of confirmed account closure, subject to all applicable verification and wagering requirement conditions being met.

Raising a Dispute

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Super777 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of the platform, you should contact our support team first via live chat or email at support@super777.run. Provide your account username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of your concern. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex complaints may take longer and you will be kept informed of progress.

Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through our support team, you may escalate the matter to Super777's management team. Details for escalation are provided in the acknowledgment response from our support team. If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting Super777's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or the relevant Philippine regulatory body overseeing Super777's license.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Super777 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process above.

Super777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine gaming regulations, changes to our payment infrastructure, new game or product launches, or improvements to our platform policies.

When significant changes are made to these Terms, Super777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. By continuing to use Super777 after an update to the Terms has been posted, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
